Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Simplicity Garage LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, account credits, partial refunds, or price adjustments.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Website, including but not limited to physical products, apparel, accessories, automotive-related products, digital downloads, digital images, digital artwork, graphic files, templates, custom products, promotional items, sale items, and clearance items.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital products may include downloadable images, digital artwork, graphics, templates, design files, digital content, printable files, and electronic downloads.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, transmitted, or made available to the customer, it cannot be returned.

Accordingly, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or returns will be provided.

Failure to download a purchased file does not qualify for a refund.

Customer dissatisfaction with a digital product does not qualify for a refund.

Accidental purchases do not qualify for a refund.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All physical product sales are final.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once access has been granted.

5. SHIPPING ISSUES

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a physical item that arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify Simplicity Garage LLC within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

To request review of a damaged or defective item, customers must provide their order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the item, and clear photographs of the packaging.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee replacement, refund, or compensation.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
